Flow's Experience Labs are purpose-built viewing and observation facilities. Each lab is equipped with high definition, picture-in-picture audiovisual recording technology that allows you to see what users see while observing their facial expressions. If your project objective revolves around testing usability then our observation rooms can comfortably accommodate up to ten observers, so no one need be left in the dark when it comes to understanding user behaviour.

We can also provide fully catered lunches, after-hours reception (for evening research sessions) as required. Project studios and meeting rooms can also be hired for a single day or for extended periods of time.
