Phil is responsible for raising market awareness of the value of user experience and design, and helping the Flow team to share knowledge and bring new services to market. He has been at Flow since its very early days. He has conducted research and design projects for clients like the BBC, Vodafone and Standard Life. Prior to Flow, Phil was a web designer and developer for the BBC, Lastminute.com and News International.
