Paul Jervis Heath
Principal User Experience Consultant
Paul has been working in design and consultancy for 10 years, always with a strong focus on designing technology around the people who use it. He is an expert in the design and business implications of new technology - things like web 2.0, rich internet applications and social networking.
He has advised major corporations on how to establish and maintain successful multi-channel customer relationships. He has helped organisations lower costs by designing successful customer, partner and employee self-service applications. And he has shown clients how to differentiate themselves in the marketplace, and create new customer experiences using successful design.
Paul has worked on significant projects for clients including Barclays, Ericsson, IBM, Royal Bank of Canada, Sainsbury's and Volkswagen. He has also delivered training courses on user-centred design techniques and practices. Before joining Flow, Paul worked as a consultant, information architect and interaction designer for IBM, leading user experience teams on large scale projects.
Paul is a modernist. He's passionate about design and simplicity and he believes technology should improve the lives of those who use it.
