Nina Belk

User experience consultant

Before joining flow, Nina was a co-founder and director of service design consultancy Zest Innovation. She worked on customer experience projects for a range of clients including the regional development agency One NorthEast and Trend Bible, a small trend forecasting company.

Nina has a degree in Industrial Design from Northumbria University. After graduating, she participated in a Design Council programme called Inside Track, which placed design and business graduates with SMEs to help the businesses involved make better strategic use of design.

Nina is a keen silversmith.
