Since starting at Flow, Mimi's projects have included telecommunications, property, internet, healthcare, mobile devices and the UK government. Her work has included usability testing, interaction design, expert evaluation and quantitative research.
Before coming to Flow, Mimi worked as an interaction designer at Sensis, a leading Australian search and directory business. She has worked in user-centred design roles for the last ten years, and served on the CHISIG (Australian HCI group) committee for three years. Mimi has a MSc. in applied psychology from the University of Melbourne.
Mimi thrives on coming up with creative solutions address complex user needs. She's at her happiest working on projects that integrate research and interaction design.
