User experience consultant

Before joining Flow Lola was a business analyst at Mott MacDonald, a large engineering consultancy. She worked on internal projects discovering user needs, process mapping and doing interaction design and specification for bespoke software applications.

Lola has a BEng in Interactive Systems and an MSc in HCI from University College London.
