Linda Hole PhD

User Experience Consultant

Linda has joined Flow after working on usability studies and interaction design projects for a variety of clients, including Vodafone, Zurich Insurance, BAe and Siemens. She designed a motivational user interface for BT which featured the ‘Moodies': animated characters to capture call-handling agents' experiences.

With a PhD in HCI from Sussex and a BEd (Hons) from Bristol, Linda has lectured in HCI and Usability Engineering. She has published her work on capturing users' emotions in several research papers at international conferences.
