Kevin McHale MSc

User experience consultant

Before joining Flow, Kevin ran user research and user experience projects at the Office for National Statistics. His role included usability testing and ethnographic research in support of a range of ONS websites.

Kevin's background includes marketing and HR. He was drawn to user-centred design because of its essential simplicity and common sense; and because the alternatives he witnessed seemed so wasteful of customer goodwill and business resources.   

Kevin has an MSc in IT Usability from London Metropolitan University.

In his spare time he records music, including rock bands and orchestras.
