Managing consultant

Kelsey is a managing consultant, a role he took on after several years as a Flow user experience consultant.

A practical background in design and user research means he is ideally suited to supporting and mentoring complex and unusual projects.

Some of the challenging projects Kelsey has taken on include the design of a major transport network's public information display system, an in-depth Europe-wide ethnographic study of mobile phone behaviour to feed design innovation, and a number of user–centred interactive systems for Yell. The BBC and Standard Life are other Flow clients Kelsey frequently works with.

Kelsey came to Flow with a MA (RCA) and an MSc in Human Computer Interaction from University College London, as well as experience in graphic design and information architecture from The Independent and BOL.com.
