Jude Rattle MSc (Eng)

Principal user experience consultant

Jude began her user-centred design career at Philips Design in the Netherlands. She went on to do concept design and international research for Nortel Networks, design speech recognition telephone applications for SRC and work on mobile product and service designs for the mobile operator 3.

Jude's experience covers the whole user-centred design process, including contextual enquiry and ethnographic research, interaction design and usability testing. Her research projects have taken her around Europe and to the USA, Japan, India and Hong Kong.

Jude has an MSc in Work Design and Ergonomics.
