We have several opportunities available for talented, experienced, inspiring characters as user experience consultants (UXCs)
The Job…
UXCs develop, conduct, analyse and report primary user research in order to drive end-user requirements for websites and other interactive products. As well as research, the UXC role deals with information architecture, interaction design, page-level content organisation, navigation and prototype creation.
UXCs must also be familiar with secondary research sources and literature on User-Centred Design (UCD). The work may include focus group studies, ethnographic research, usability evaluations, questionnaire studies and other forms of research designed to gather end-user requirements. They are also responsible for iterative usability testing to be conducted throughout the production process.
As a contributor to a multi-disciplinary project, you will work closely with team members to deliver research and UCD recommendations. You will work with planning, visual design, technology and project management team members.

- Accomplished data wrangling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Understanding of the commercial realities of making solutions that work

You need a good degree. Postgraduate is advantageous.
You must have fluent written and spoken English.
