The Job…
Flow’s Account Managers hold day-to-day responsibility for the mutually profitable, ongoing relationships with their portfolio of our clients.
In conjunction with Flow’s Client Services Director (CSD), you will write account plans, identify project opportunities, write proposals and oversee delivery of - and payment for - Flow’s services. Direct experience in UX/UCD would be the ideal background.
