Helen is passionate about making sure products work well for people, regardless of technology or medium. She has 10 years experience in user centred research and design, looking after complex, enterprise-scale and mobile systems. Before joining Flow, she worked for BT, Vidus and @Road.

Helen has an MSc in Information Technology.
