Felicity Brown (MAPD & HRM)

Human Resources Manager

Felicity joined Flow at the beginning of 2008. She had been working as an HR Consultant for an advertising agency and realised she could never go back to wearing a suit again.

Felicity started out managing restaurants for a well known hotel chain, before turning her hand to departmental training. She went on to become training Manager for Ladbrokes head office where she learnt the finer nuances of betting and ran management development programmes.

Deciding to break into the world of HR, Felicity returned to university in 2006 and completed an MAPD at Westminster Business School.
