Claire joined Flow from LBi where she was part of the user research team. Before that she worked at PwC.

Claire has experience in all aspects of the user-centred design process, from contextual research through persona development to design and evaluation. Since joining Flow she has worked on projects for clients such as Thomson Reuters, Orange, Home Office, easyJet, Vodafone, TDA and MOO.

Claire has Masters in HCI from University College London, and is on the committee of the UK Usability Professionals' Association.
