Brad Haynes
User Experience Consultant
Brad has over 12 years of user experience design and production experience. He came to Flow from Ocado where he'd been architecting and producing their customer experiences for seven years.
Before joining Ocado, Brad designed and produced websites for Thomas Cook, Motorcycle News, Switch Card Services, F1 Merchandising and Universal Music, as well helping shape the user experience for Shazam Entertainment and Fidelity's fund-research tools.
He graduated with a BA in Product Design and started his career designing baby-feeding products for Philips Avent, Mothercare and Boots.
